Mentoring
Mentoring is really personal advising. Often our mentoring relationships result from individuals being placed in new leadership roles. These relationships can be initiated by the individuals themselvs, or by the boards or executives who have promoted them to their new roles.
Sometimes CEOs and Boards need an outside objective evaluation of an individual before they promote, reassign, or let go of a key employee. We are happy to perform there evaluations. Often, these evaluations move into a mentoring relationship for the key employee following the evaluation feedback sessions.
When individuals find themselves in new leadership roles or set higher achievement targets for themselves, they often desire mentoring. Our track record shows that we are able be bring significant value to individuals and employers through mentoring.
