Steven Covey was on the right track when he added Conscience to Jim Collins’ Good to Great Hedgehog Concept in his book The 8th Habit. However, I believe that renaming the 4th circle “Conviction” and adding what we must do to what we must not do transforms this into a timeless strategic planning tool for Christian organizations.
